Sun Policy on Public Discourse
This is Tim Bray's "Policy on Public Discourse" from Sun. I think it shows that they are seeing the light and using common sense when it comes to using the web to have conversations with their market.
Like Microsoft, they are working to change an image and using real people with weblogs to do it. In fact, it reminds me of (Microsoft blogger) Robert Scoble's Corporate Weblog Manifesto.
