The Seattle Times: Editorials & Opinion: STop Weblog
I'm sitting here reading the Sunday Seattle Times and my fiancée' hands me a story entitled "Comm 101: Cable News and Heeere's blogging" by James Vesely- the editor of the Time's editorial page.
Perhaps a little clumsily, James describes blogging in simple terms and quickly gets to the point: The Seattle Times is about to live with Weblogs.
Blogging is like an informal Post-It note, says Assistant Editorial Page Editor Colleen Pohlig, who is administering our blog site. Think of it as a brief conversation about the news and views of the day instead of a long policy review, and you get the point.
The Seattle Times Opinion Blog (STop)
It hasn't yet started, but I'll be interested to see how it plays out. They're using MT and I don't see an RSS feed yet- I'll be interested to see if the newspaper gets going on that.
